Watercolour is Therapy – Semester 1

Description: An enjoyable afternoon of painting with other experienced watercolour artists. Beginners are also welcome and will be mentored by experienced class members.
Requirements: Bring paints, paper and brushes.

Day & time: Tuesday 12.45 – 2.45 pm

Semester one enrolments are now closed.
We cannot accept any late enrolments during our Administration Week (11th - 14th Feb) and will only accept in-person late enrolments in the first two weeks of the semester from new members or returning members with extenuating circumstances. A $10 administration fee will be applied. From week three we will accept in-person late enrolments for courses with vacancies but full course fees will be applied.

Description

Introducing the tutor, Mavis Paskulich: Mavis was born in Nottingham England in the mid 1940’s moving to Perth Australia in 1969.  For the last 20 years she has lived within the Kalamunda shire.  On retirement she became involved with the Kalamunda Learning Centre, both as a participant (silk painting) and tutor (art group).
“Exploration and experimentation describe my approach. I paint with watercolours, paint on silk, create with fibres and textiles and paint digitally.”
