New students might be able to enrol after the 24th of July if there are positions available and they fit the above criteria. To register your interest, select the New Class Member option above and register on the waitlist. You will be notified if a position becomes available and given the opportunity to attend one session as a visitor so you and the tutor can ascertain if the course is of the appropriate level for you.
Introducing the tutor, Elizabeth Meylan: Je suis née à Perth, donc le français n’est pas ma langue maternelle, mais je suis mariée avec un Suisse. Nous nous sommes rencontrés à Lausanne, où je travaillais comme prof de langue anglaise, et j’ai eu de la chance d’améliorer mon français, car lui et sa famille ne parlaient pas l’anglais. Nous avons continué à visiter la Suisse et la France pendant notre vie à Kalamunda. J’aurai du plaisir à faciliter la conversation française parce que je suis passionnée des langues.

We meet every Tuesday with notre professeur Elizabeth who guides us through a variety of exercises which help our understanding and improve our conversation skills.
We speak in French on all manner of topics, to express our opinions and share information. We add new words and phrases to our vocabulary almost every time we meet.
We all love the beautiful French language and are keen to improve our language skills, either just for fun or sometimes to prepare for a visit to la belle France.
