Kalamunda Community Learning Centre is a not for profit organisation offering a wide range of courses each semester for anyone over 18 years of age. Established in 1977, the Centre is thriving, with more than 800 members who just keep coming back each year. We must be doing something right!

It’s the social aspect that keeps members coming back year after year. Enrolling in a course means you’re going to learn something new or hone a skill. But don’t let that get in the way of a good chat, some yummy morning or afternoon tea (or a nice glass of wine in the evenings) and some good old fashioned laughter!

Except for an Office Manager, everyone involved in the running of this very successful Centre is a volunteer. All members are asked to contribute some time each Semester to help. This is called a workgroup. It won’t be onerous or time consuming and you can choose something to suit your interests. Everybody contributes – that’s what makes the Centre so unique!
