In person enrolments open:
Tuesday 30 January to Friday 2 February from 9.30am to 2.00pm at the Kalamunda Community Centre for those needing assistance with the enrolment process. In person enrolments will NOT be accepted during Administration Week (5-9 February).

Postal enrolments:
Postal enrolments are available for those who will be unable to enrol online or in person during enrolment week. Please note that online enrolments can be made wherever there is an internet connection; we often have members enrolling while overseas on holiday. Postal enrolments will be processed by the end of the first day of enrolments. We cannot guarantee a placement in the course. If there are no vacancies in the course, applicants will be informed and a refund will be arranged. Please click here to download a postal enrolment form.

Late enrolments:
Enrolments must be made during the formal enrolment period. In-person enrolments will not be accepted in Administration Week (5-9 February). Late enrolments will not be accepted in the first two weeks of the semester unless there are extenuating circumstances, in which case a $10 administration fee will be applied.

Enrolling in Crèche:
All children attending the crèche MUST be registered through the enrolment system for the session they will be attending. To successfully enrol in a crèche session, you will need to follow these steps when enrolment opens:
1. Parents/carers need to enrol each child via the relevant ‘Crèche Registration’ session (e.g. Crèche Registration Monday AM). Please do this first to ensure there is a vacancy per child in the crèche before you enrol in your own course.
2. Enrol in your own course.
3. At the checkout complete and submit the required Crèche Notification Form.
Crèche users will also be required to register for a Workgroup. Please find more information about this in the Crèche Handbook, downloadable from the Crèche webpage.

Classes commence:
Monday 12 February 2024.

We strongly encourage members to enrol themselves online to avoid congestion and long queues at the Centre.

Workgroup registrations:
Kalamunda Community Learning Centre is a not for profit organisation run by volunteers aiming to enhance our community as we learn through sharing. To keep course costs low, and community involvement high, we request that all members who enrol in any full time course sign up for a workgroup task. Workgroups can be viewed and signed up for by clicking here once workgroup registrations open.
