How to Enrol Online
PLEASE NOTE: You must be a Kalamunda Community Learning Centre (KCLC) member before you commence any courses. The KCLC membership subscription is a one-off payment per calendar year. You will need to add a membership to your cart first during the online enrolment process as detailed below.
If you have an existing account with KCLC, you must Log In before commencing the online enrolment process. If you don’t have an existing account with KCLC you will be prompted to create one as part of the online enrolment process.
Select Online Enrolment at the top menu bar and choose your Membership Subscription. Always choose the Community Membership (unless you are a Volunteer Tutor for the Semester). You can now view, choose your courses and finalise your online enrolment.
Select Course Information at the top menu bar and choose from the dropdown menu Timetable and/or Programme to help you decide what you would like to do. Or if you know the course name, use the side menu Search Courses.
You can also select Online Enrolment at the top menu bar and choose Full-time or Casual courses.
Select the course(s) you want to enrol in by clicking on ADD TO CART.
Take special care to choose either the CASUAL or FULL-TIME, noting that FULL-TIME members always get the preference of a spot in the course. Therefore, all CASUAL enrolments will be added to a waitlist to start and you will be contacted if a spot is NOT available at the end of enrolment week.
If you are only enrolling as a CASUAL, you still need to complete the online enrolment process. If you end up not being able to join any classes, (this rarely happens) we will then refund you the Membership Fee.
ADDING YOUR CHOSEN WORKGROUP – DON’T FORGET ALL FULL-TIME STUDENTS HAVE TO HELP OUT BY CHOOSING A WORKGROUP AS PART OF YOUR ENROLMENT
Select Workgroup Sign-Up at top menu bar.
Review workgroups and tasks then sign up to available tasks by the clicking “View & sign up”.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing a membership only or are “CASUAL” then you do not have to participate in a workgroup.
Please contact the Centre if you have any difficulties.
