Description

Full Description: Imagine your family group 12,000 years ago coming out of the most recent major Ice Event. You are hunter-gatherers using only stone and wood for tools and weapons. Then one day, your neighbouring ‘friends’ set about you with swords and spears made of a hard, sharp shiny substance called ‘metal’. They defeat your group in a short and bloody battle, steal the cave where you live and your females, probably killing most of the men in the process. To survive you need to get some of their ‘metal’.  So begins the ‘lust’ for metal which has had huge influence on the last 10,000 years. Come and journey through these sometimes troubled and sometimes enlightened times to the present day, via the Stone Ages, the Bronze Age, the Iron Age, and into the Age of Light metals and the Nuclear Age.
