Online enrolments open:
9.30am on Tuesday 22 July until 5pm on Monday 28 July.
Returning members:
Before adding courses to your cart, please log in with your Username and Password. You will only need to add ‘Community Membership Subscription 2025‘ to your cart if you didn’t enrol in a course in Semester One of 2025. Membership is for the calendar year.
New members:
If you do not yet have a KCLC user account, you will be prompted to create one before you can proceed. The Community Membership will be automatically added to your cart and then you can add your courses of choice. When you get to the checkout you will need to complete your contact details.
In person enrolments open:
Tuesday 22 July to Friday 25 July from 9.30am to 2.00pm at the Kalamunda Community Centre for those needing assistance with the enrolment process. In person enrolments will NOT be accepted during Administration Week (28 July-1 August).
Postal enrolments:
Postal enrolments are available for those who will be unable to enrol online or in-person during enrolment week. Please note that online enrolments can be made wherever there is an internet connection; we often have members enrolling while overseas on holiday (paying via bank transfer).
Postal Enrolment forms can be collected, submitted and paid for at the Reception Desk before the end of Semester One prior or posted. Posted forms must be received at least 4 days before enrolments open with payment via cheque or direct deposit. They will be processed by the end of the first day of enrolments. We cannot guarantee a placement in the course. If there are no vacancies in the course, applicants will be informed and a refund will be arranged. Please click here to download a postal enrolment form.
Late enrolments:
Enrolments must be made during the formal enrolment period. In-person enrolments will not be accepted in Administration Week (28 July-1 August). Late enrolments will be accepted from week three of the start of term providing there are vacancies and the tutor accepts late enrolments. Full course fees will be applied. In exceptional circumstances, a late enrolment might be accepted during the first two weeks: these must be approved by the Coordinator on duty and will incur a $10 administration fee.
Casual Enrolments:
Members who enrol as casual class members will pay a course fee of $30. This entitles these members to three casual tickets which can be collected at the Reception Desk once courses commence. Further casual tickets can then be purchased as needed from the Reception Desk throughout the semester.
Enrolling in Crèche:
We are currently offering a volunteer led crèche Thursday mornings but there are very limited places available with priority given to those who were using it in the previous Semester. These returning members will need to register with the Crèche Supervisor (who will have contacted you) and enrol in your full-time course during Enrolment Week. New crèche users need to register for the crèche (if there are vacancies), and enrol in their own course, following these steps below when enrolment opens:
1. Parents/carers need to enrol each child via the relevant ‘Crèche Registration’ session (e.g. Crèche Registration Thursday AM). Please do this first to ensure there is a vacancy per child in the crèche before you enrol in your own course.
2. Enrol in your own course.
3. At the checkout complete and submit the required Crèche Notification Form.
Crèche users will also be required to register for a Workgroup. Please find more information about this in the Crèche Handbook, downloadable from the Crèche webpage.
Classes commence:
Monday 4 August 2025.
We strongly encourage members to enrol themselves online to avoid congestion and long queues at the Centre.
Workgroup registrations:
Kalamunda Community Learning Centre is a not for profit organisation run by volunteers aiming to enhance our community as we learn through sharing. To keep course costs low, and community involvement high, we request that all members who enrol in any full time course sign up for a workgroup task. Workgroups can be viewed and signed up for by clicking here once workgroup registrations open.
