Description: Gentle exercise to music, which involves elements of aerobic activity, weights, floor work, stretching, toning, balance and relaxation. (Most floor exercises can be modified to be performed on a chair.)
Requirements: Exercise mat, loose comfortable clothing, comfortable /supportive shoes and a drink bottle. Optional.. weights.
