Description: The yoga class includes asana, pranayama and relaxation. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Enjoy freeing up your body and mind in this supportive and friendly class.

We may all aspire to be graceful and, who knows, with our wonderful teacher, Marion’s enthusiasm and positive attitude, maybe we will get there??
Going at our own pace and doing what is right for our own bodies, we all benefit by stretching our muscles, building our core strength and also learning to relax and encourage positive thoughts.
Planks, Striking Cobra, Headstands and Warrior I, II and III (I hope there aren’t too many more of those) – these may not elude us forever…..
Whatever our ability, our 1 1/2 hours per week class in a relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful outlook can only lift our spirits.
