Description: A gentle, nurturing yoga class, incorporating breath work, mindful movement, restorative poses and an extended guided meditation. Prenatal (after first trimester) and postnatal (after six week check-up) mothers very welcome.
Requirements: Yoga mat (if you have one – if not I will have some to borrow), cushion, blanket, drink bottle, wear comfortable clothing.
