Description: The yoga class includes asana, pranayama and relaxation. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Enjoy freeing up your body and mind in this supportive and friendly class.
Please Note: All Casual members need to purchase Casual tickets from the Reception Desk and present these to the class secretary at the beginning of each session.
