Description: This casual enrolment is only available for members who are enrolled full-time in another Tai Chi class at the Centre.
Tai chi/Qigong – Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing and exercise technique. We practice slow, gentle exercises followed by an introductory Set of Tai chi moves. Qigong will improve breathing, balance and general health and wellbeing. 
Requirements: Qigong is suitable for any level of fitness and no prior knowledge is required. Non restrictive/stretchable clothing with flat shoes is best.
Note: Participants are encouraged to wear our KCLC Tai chi ‘uniform’. This will be explained in class.
The creche is not available for this class.

Please Note: All Casual members need to purchase Casual tickets from the Reception Desk before attending this class.
