Description: This class will invite participants to explore reflective methods on sensations and feelings which influence well-being. We will use methods of movement, painting and writing as well as conversation and meditation to enhance self-awareness and acknowledgement of our individual resources as well as resources derived from community-building activities.
Requirements: Art materials such as pastels, watercolour paints, coloured pencils and papers. Cotton scarf, magazines.
