Description: In this course we will be experimenting with different methods of combining fabrics, wool, paper and other fibre. The inspiration for the course came from the work of fibre artist Wen Redmond.
The program is based on actual skills and experience of long term members of our class, and includes :
-painting, dyeing and printing on silk  and other fabrics
-nuno felting
-experimenting with using fibre in  mixed media techniques.
In the class some people will be working on their individual projects and beginners will have the opportunity to learn new skills.
Requirements: Required materials will be discussed in the first lesson, depending on the particular interest of a beginner.

Please Note: All casual class members must purchase Casual Tickets from the Reception Desk and present them to the Class Secretary at the beginning of each session.
