Description: Would you like to cut down on meat and dairy products but aren’t sure where to begin? Introducing one or two plant-based meals per week into your diet can inspire you to start learning more innovative cooking skills by considering alternatives to your regular shop. This beginner course will focus on main meal cooking and show you how to replace animal products with healthy substitutes. There are many reasons for introducing more plant-based meals into your diet, so make the change today. A levy of $25 to cover the cost of ingredients is included in the course cost. (There are no casual positions available for this course.)
Requirements: Thoughts on why you would like to introduce more plant-based meals into your
diet and what sort of meals you would like to cook. There are so many alternatives, such as traditional fare or international dishes. List your favourites!
