Description: An extension course for those who have completed Kay’s Basic Breadmaking course. Continuing class members only.
Requirements: Apron, teatowel, clingwrap/foil, baking parchment, small bread tin or loaf tin and a small flat baking tray.
Weekly Cost: Students will be given a list of ingredients prior to each session.
