Description: An extension course for those who have completed Kay’s Basic Breadmaking course. Continuing class members only.
Requirements: Apron, teatowel, clingwrap/foil, baking parchment, trays and tins will be advised as required.
Weekly Cost: Students will be given a list of ingredients prior to each session.
